Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Saudi Arabia to install, maintain and repair ATM and related equipment within an assigned territory. You will own customer problems from start to resolution, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on hardware maintenance, site preparation, and reporting of calls, costs and asset data. Strong IT skills and a technical degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience on Windows operating systems.
• Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office.
• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment within an assigned territory to ensure continuity of customer operations.
• Own customer problems or incidents until resolved per SLA and customer satisfaction.
• Perform work on Tier I ATM and related devices; minor repairs and component replacements.
• Prepare sites, install cable, stage equipment, and conduct testing.
• Report calls, activity, and expenses accurately; track assets and invoicing data.
