Job summary

MASTER-WORKS in Riyadh is seeking a Finance Technical Support Analyst to join the onsite team, providing continued technical support to the Finance function with focus on ERP troubleshooting, reporting, budgeting and automation.

The role is full-time and on-site at the client site in Saudi Arabia, offering opportunities for career growth and close collaboration with the Finance team and IT resources.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in technical support and Finance enablement.
• Technical support experience within Finance functions.
• Experience providing ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and databases.
• Ability to support Finance requirements through ERP and database administration.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions.
• Experience resolving Windows OS-related technical issues.
• Experience managing Change Requests (CRs) from drafting to implementation support.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activities.
• Ability to support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous technical assistance to the Finance team to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for immediate ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Support complex Excel functions and productivity tools.
• Resolve Windows OS-related technical issues.
• Manage the lifecycle of Change Requests (CRs), from initial drafting and submission to follow-up and final implementation support.
• If required, get an admin user on ERP system and database to support internally for Finance requirements.
• Support identifying and releasing budget reports.
• Support data gathering and releasing budget reports.
• Support automation solutions for any manual Finance processes.
