Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an ATM IT Project Manager to lead critical banking channels and payments infrastructure.

You will own ATM Switch operations, manage incidents, vendor relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams across Cards, Payments, Core Banking, Network, Cybersecurity and Operations.

The role requires strong leadership, ITIL experience, and a track record delivering 24x7 production support and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/payments environments.
• Strong knowledge of ATM, payment switch and self-service channels.
• Experience with vendor management and ITIL processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage incidents.

Responsibilities

• Manage ATM, kiosk and self-service channel applications and infrastructure.
• Own payment/ATM switch operations, transaction routing, connectivity and performance.
• Ensure 24x7 monitoring, availability and timely resolution of incidents.
• Lead incident, problem and change management with RCA.
• Coordinate with Cards, Payments, Core Banking, Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Operations.
• Manage technology vendors, SLAs, escalations and service reviews.
• Support new projects, enhancements, integrations, upgrades and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with Bank security, audit, DR and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation, proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ATM, kiosk and self-service channel applications and infrastructure.
• Own payment/ATM switch operations, transaction routing, connectivity and performance.
• Ensure 24x7 monitoring, availability and timely resolution of critical incidents.
• Lead incident, problem and change management, including RCA and permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with Cards, Payments, Core Banking, Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Operations teams.

Required Experience

• Years of IT experience, preferably in banking/payments.
• Strong experience in ATM, payment switch and self-service channels.
• Good understanding of card transactions, authorization, reversals, timeouts and reconciliation.
• Experience in production support, ITIL processes and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
