Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair equipment within a designated territory, ensuring uninterrupted customer operations and high satisfaction levels.

You will own customer issues through to resolution, perform minor repairs on Tier I ATM and front-end systems, and assist with site preparation including cable installations and equipment testing. A technical degree and CCNA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with Microsoft Office.
• Experience on Windows operating systems required.
• Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support.
• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field (CCNA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Own customer problems or incidents until resolved to the customer’s satisfaction and per SLA.
• Perform work on low-complexity financial/ATM products; minor repairs and component replacements on Tier I equipment.
• Assist in site preparation, including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing; may perform modular swaps and unit replacements.
• Capture detailed customer asset information and data required for invoicing or billing activities; report calls and expenses promptly.
