Job summary

ACWA Power in Saudi Arabia seeks an ARCS Technician to install, test, maintain, and repair access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and related security systems at client sites and company facilities. The role includes reading drawings, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

You will work with engineers and supervisors, respond to service calls, document activities, and support system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in security systems, communications, or technical maintenance.
• Experience with access control, CCTV, radio systems, and network infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and communication systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ARCS equipment and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot system faults and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals.
• Ensure installations comply with safety regulations and project specs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Support system upgrades, modifications, and expansions as required.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and clients during installation and maintenance.
• Respond to emergency service calls and technical issues.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before failures occur.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and company equipment.
