Air Products is seeking a Lead Operator for the Air Separation Unit in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will manage and supervise shift staff, ensuring safe, reliable operation of the ASU and common areas, while coordinating with maintenance and engineering for outages and improvements.

You will enforce safety procedures, lead process improvements, and support commissioning, startup, and shutdown activities as required. Strong leadership and DCS/PLC experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or chemical processing operations.
• 8–10 years of plant operations experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• DCS/PLC knowledge and field/board operations experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise ASU operators on shift ensuring safe, reliable operation.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance for troubleshooting and maintenance planning.
• Oversee safety programs, LOTO, permits, and incident investigations.
• Manage shift handovers, plant status updates, and production targets.
• Support commissioning, startup, and shutdown activities as needed.
