Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/technical background in chemical/process operations or engineering.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in a safety-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise shift operations of the Air Separation Unit and related facilities.
• Ensure safety compliance, permit controls, and LOTO procedures on shift.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance for troubleshooting and preventive actions.
• Represent BHIG on shift and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement actions to enhance reliability and production efficiency.
