ASU Operator — Field & DCS Lead for Hydrogen Plant

Zusammenfassung

BHIG seeks an ASU Operator in Jubail to perform field and DCS operations of the Air Separation Unit and the common area facility. You will work on shift, implement safety work permits and TAR/Outages, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to keep plant reliability and product quality high.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in chemical/mechanical/process ops and strong English communication, with 6+ years in process plant operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or chemical process operations.
• Experience in process plant operation with ASU knowledge.
• Strong safety culture and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Operate the ASU and ancillary equipment including water treatment units as prescribed by procedures.
• Operate the pipeline network to supply hydrogen, steam, and CO2 safely and efficiently.
• Provide operations guidance during commissioning and ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain documentation, safety work permits, LOTO, and permit-to-work processes.
• Support maintenance and engineering in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead or participate in TAR/Outages/Start-ups and train new operators as needed.
• Communicate plant activities across shifts to ensure safe handovers.
• Engage in root cause investigations and drive continuous improvement.
• Uphold BHIG safety, EH&S, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
