Job summary

Air Products Inc. in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an ASU Operator to perform field and DCS operations for the BHIG project.

The role reports to the ASU Shift Supervisor and requires operating the ASU and related water treatment units, while following safety work permits and LOTO procedures. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or chemical process operations and has at least six years of plant operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or chemical process operations or closely related field.
• Experience in process plant operation and ASU knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to operate field and DCS equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience with safety work permits, LOTO, and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Operate ASU and ancillary equipment including water treatment units.
• Manage pipeline supply of hydrogen, steam, and CO2 to customers.
• Provide operational guidance during commissioning and ensure document control.
• Maintain safety culture and comply with EH&S and regulatory requirements.
• Support maintenance and engineering to optimize plant reliability and performance.
