Job summary

Air Products, through the BHIG JV in Jubail, seeks an ASU & Common Area Shift Supervisor to lead the operations staff of a world-scale Air Separation and Common Area facility. You will manage daily production meetings, safety permits, and coordination with HSSE, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in gas/petrochemical operations with 4+ years in supervision, plus expert SIMOPs knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in gas, petrochemical, or related operations roles.
• 4+ years in line supervision of process operations.
• Proficient in safety procedures including LOTO and Safety Work Permits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Air Separation Unit and related facilities.
• Lead safety, HSSE compliance, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate outages and maintenance with Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Develop and coach operations staff to achieve reliability and efficiency.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
