Key Responsibilities

• Lead asset management advisory and consulting projects across transportation, mobility, utilities, buildings, energy, water and critical infrastructure.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on recognised asset management principles and industry best practices.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, asset management, infrastructure, technology or a related discipline.
• Between 15 and 20 years of experience in asset management, infrastructure consulting, engineering or advisory services.
• Demonstrated experience leading asset management projects and multidisciplinary consulting teams.
• Strong understanding of ISO55000 principles and value‑based asset management.
• Proven capability developing asset management strategies, frameworks, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Experience with strategic asset management and organisational maturity assessments.
• Strong knowledge of asset information management, inventories, hierarchies, registers and data governance.
• Practical experience in lifecycle planning, investment prioritisation and risk‑based decision‑making.
