Role Context

The Senior O&M Professional will help maintain the continuity, safety, reliability, and efficiency of city-scale infrastructure after assets move from development into active operation. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

The position requires a bachelor 's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or another relevant discipline. Candidates should have at least six years of professional experience in operations and maintenance, facility management, asset management, or city-scale infrastructure. The role is reserved for Saudi Nationals. Previous involvement with mega-projects, giga-projects, master-planned communities, or large urban developments in Saudi Arabia is important. Candidates should understand preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies and how these approaches support asset reliability and lifecycle performance. Practical knowledge of utility grids, district cooling systems, smart city technologies, and integrated infrastructure operations is required. Experience using CMMS and asset lifecycle management software is important for work order control, reporting, maintenance planning, and asset tracking.
