• Day‑to‑day support of IT systems for business, office, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel, ensuring consistent operational support and minimizing outages.
• Supervise the IT Department on a daily basis, maintaining excellent product knowledge and applying it to deliver full system benefits.
• Understand legal requirements on IT governance and security, handling IT issues efficiently and completely.

Qualifications

• Suadi Nationality.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, including previous IT management experience preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector.
• Proficiency with Microsoft systems and knowledge of hotel applications such as Fidelio and Micros.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, current technical skills, and a general understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies.
• Ability to plan ahead and develop contingency plans when necessary.
• Team‑oriented, with excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to develop team members and self.
• Strong IT proficiency and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
