This is a hands-on role suited for a dynamic HR professional with extensive healthcare experience, strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, and proven expertise in recruiting medical professionals, particularly doctors and specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all HR operations for the Saudi Arabia branch.
• Ensure full compliance with KSA Labor Law, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition across clinical and non-clinical functions.
