The role requires extensive healthcare HR experience, deep knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, and a proven track record recruiting doctors and specialists, with opportunities to shape workforce strategy and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR leadership in healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law and healthcare HR practices.
• Proven track record recruiting doctors and specialists.
• Extensive network within Saudi healthcare sector.
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for the Saudi Arabia branch.
• Ensure compliance with KSA Labor Law and healthcare regs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across functions.
• Lead hiring of doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with physicians and recruitment channels.
• Drive performance management and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Implement learning and development programs.
• Maintain HR records and confidentiality.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Travel regionally as required.
