Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard is looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Operations Manager in delivering outstanding housekeeping and laundry services. This on-site role offers hands-on leadership, daily supervision of a dedicated team, and opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Handling complaints and special requests to keep every guest happy.
• Checking that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations.
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting the team during busy periods.
• Educating all team members on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
• Maintaining inventory levels, preparing budgets, and driving productivity.

Located in Riyadh’s established Al Suwaidi district, the Hotel offers convenient access to west and central Riyadh’s key government and business districts, including the Diplomatic Quarter. Set within a well developed residential area with nearby parks, local amenities and educational institutions, the hotel forms part of a growing mixed use development that will include a retail mall. The hotel features 103 contemporary rooms, including spacious standard rooms and suites, along with three dining outlets, a boardroom, swimming pool, and fitness centre. We’re searching for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to work alongside our operations Manager to ensure all aspects of housekeeping and laundry are befitting of our reputation for delivering genuinely memorable experiences to our guests.

Day-to-Day

Requirements

High school diploma / secondary education / equivalent plus one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training/experience. Must be able to speak local language(s).
