About the Role

Assist in maintaining guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities in optimal condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues under supervision.

Support preventive maintenance programs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems. Monitor and maintain engineering tools, equipment and supplies.

Ensure cleanliness and safety in all hotel areas including corridors and public spaces. Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments for smooth operations.

Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Support senior engineers in infrastructure improvement and repair projects. Interact courteously with guests when resolving maintenance issues. Assist in resource management and help track maintenance-related expenses.

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic engineering systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical) is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting, climbing and working in varied conditions.
