Rosewood Red Sea invites an Assistant Chief Butler to join the Front Services team, reporting to the Chief Butler and guiding daily Butler operations. You will partner with multiple departments to sustain luxury service standards and create memorable moments for our guests across suites and villas.

You will lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring precise attention to guest preferences and seamless service throughout every stay.

THE TEAM

• As Assistant Chief Butler, you will be part of the Front Services team at Rosewood Red Sea, reporting directly to the Chief Butler and supporting the daily leadership of the Butler department. You will work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Transportation, and Concierge teams to deliver seamless and personalized luxury experiences to our guests.

YOUR ROLE

• The Assistant Chief Butler plays a key role in ensuring the successful operation of the Butler department by supporting, coaching, and leading the Butler team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the Chief Butler to maintain operational excellence, uphold luxury service standards, and create memorable moments through personalized, anticipatory service.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Support the daily operation and leadership of the Butler team, ensuring exceptional service at every guest touchpoint.
• Build strong guest relationships by delivering personalized, seamless, and anticipatory service throughout each stay.
• Conduct suite and villa inspections, ensuring guest preferences, amenities, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Lead daily briefings and support training initiatives to develop team capability and reinforce service excellence.
• Coordinate closely with operational departments to ensure flawless execution of guest requests and bespoke experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, proactively addressing opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
