Job summary

Salesforce.com in Riyadh is seeking Deployment Strategists who will own end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle, defining AI strategy and architecting solutions with Data Cloud and Agentic AI capabilities.

You will lead workshops, coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, manage timelines, and drive measurable adoption while communicating business value to senior stakeholders in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud/Agentic AI capabilities.
• Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Experience leading AI/ML solution design, agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project/programme management skills in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Business-level proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the complete value lifecycle, owning outcomes at every stage.
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and analysis.
• Oversee delivery timelines, risk management and stakeholder communication across engagements.
• Own adoption, consumption and expansion metrics within your scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using tools like Cursor and Vibes to accelerate delivery.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and present business-value outcomes.
