Job summary

Harte Hanks is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to join the EMEA team in a proactive hunter role. You will lead multi-channel outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with MEA Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in outbound development, strong communication, and fluency in English and Arabic. This global role focuses on high-tech B2B accounts and close collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

1–3 years of outbound business development experience.
Proven success in prospecting and breaking into net new accounts.
Ability to manage multi-channel outreach and hit targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Drift, ZoomInfo).
Business English level and fluent/native Arabic.

Responsibilities

Own inbound and outbound prospecting through calls, emails, social outreach, and ABM strategies.
Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for client executives.
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points and align visions to business needs.
Research target accounts and identify high-tech decision-makers.
Maintain data in CRM and sales engagement tools.
Collaborate with MEA and Global Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
Participate in local marketing interlock meetings to review results and insights.
Maintain touchpoints with local sales teams and track opportunity outcomes.
Work toward monthly outreach, meeting, and pipeline goals.
