Job summary

SkillUp MENA, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound outreach.

The role concentrates on engaging prospects, qualifying leads, scheduling discovery meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams, and maintaining CRM records. A bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills are required; HubSpot experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in conducting cold calls and engaging with decision-makers.
• Good research, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work toward targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems; HubSpot is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or lead generation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and target accounts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
• Record prospect information and outreach in the CRM.
• Collaborate with teams to hand over qualified opportunities.
• Meet KPIs related to prospecting activities and qualified leads.
