Job summary

LRQA is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to convert marketing qualified leads into sales opportunities and maximize deal value through strong discovery and client management.

You will follow up, prospect, and manage a robust sales pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM records and aligning with global processes. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, with a focus on B2B/B2C environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling in B2B or B2C environments.
• History of achieving sales targets and pipeline development.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience managing quotations, bids and proposals with set pricing.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to work independently.
• Knowledge of standard IT programs and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Follow up all leads within agreed timescales and maximize each opportunity.
• Weekly outbound prospecting representing the company professionally.
• Develop self-generated leads to maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Manage pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records including calls, emails, meetings, and proposals.
• Coordinate with marketing on local campaigns and initiatives.
• Produce accurate proposals in line with product requirements after refresher training.
• Support team members to meet activity and sales targets.
• Collaborate with SD/SDS colleagues to meet client KPIs and resolve issues.
