Fresha is seeking an Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive in Jeddah to own the full sales cycle and grow Fresha's partner network across Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory and English is required for client interactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payments is desirable.
• Hunters who build relationships and convert prospects to partners.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple opportunities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is desired.

Responsibilities

• KPIs: consistently hit and exceed sales targets in the KSA market.
• Outreach & leads: engage decision-makers via phone, email and social channels, build a strong pipeline.
• Sell: own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with demos and negotiations.
• Partnering: discover needs and position Fresha solutions for growth.
• Collaboration: work with internal teams to ensure smooth partner experiences.
