Qualifikationen

• Preferred: certification in airport operations or related field (e.g., ACI Airport Operations Diploma, IATA certifications).
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Assist in overseeing daily terminal operations including check-in procedures, baggage handling, and passenger assistance.
• Monitor passenger flow to address congestion and ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and report operational issues to the Terminal Services Supervisor for resolution.
• Support implementation of process improvements and operational enhancements.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols and comply with airline and airport regulations.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in data recording and reporting for performance metrics and audits.
