Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE professional to own and drive the roadmap across sales, marketing, loyalty and customer service. You will define requirements, manage configurations and integrations, and monitor KPIs to optimize the guest journey.

Reporting to leadership, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh under a fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in airline, travel or loyalty industries.
• Hands-on experience with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service modules.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dynamics 365 CE roadmap across commercial, loyalty and customer service.
• Define product requirements and oversee configurations and integrations.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion, NPS and adoption; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
