Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of ocean and air import/export procedures.
• Experience in a freight forwarding company is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments from pickup to destination and prepare export documents.
• Receive inbound pre-alerts, schedule deliveries, and manage customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate data in AS400 and monitor KPIs.
