Job summary

Apparel Group - UAE is seeking a logistics/ops support professional in Saudi Arabia. You will verify freight invoices against quotes, ensure duty calculations are correct, and maintain master files for payments and shipments.

You will consolidate invoices, HS Code summaries, and DA/CO applications, coordinate with overseas shipments and clearance processes, and prepare daily reports for stock, purchases, and store activities.

Qualifications

• Duties involve freight invoice checking, duty verification, and data accuracy.
• Prepare master files for freight, duty payments and related details.
• Consolidate invoices, HS Code summaries, DA & CO applications with concise details.
• Coordinate shipments, vendors, and overseas clearance to plan deliveries.
• Collect orders, certificates, daily purchase reports and stock variances as needed.
• Support stores with stationary/IT for openings/closings and liaise with relevant teams.
• Prepare MIS and store visit reports for supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Attention to detail in freight invoice checking against quotes and duty against value.
• Update master file for freight and duty payments and other required details.
• Consolidate invoices, HS Code Summaries, DA & CO applications with correct details.
• Book shipments through various vendors at best available rates.
• Coordinate overseas shipments and plan delivery schedules with clearance.
• Collect delivery orders from shipping lines and freight forwarders on time.
• Collect Chamber of Commerce certificates.
• Support stores with stationary and IT for openings/closings.
• Coordinate with Club Apparel and Marketing for data and designs.
• Check stock variance reports as requested.
• Follow-up Trade Licences with legal department.
• Collect daily purchase reports from stores.
• Compile master data and generate various reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts for voucher payments to principals.
• Handover GCC stock documents to logistics; coordinate with Inventory Control for stock issues.
• Prepare MIS and store visit reports for supervisors.
