Job summary

You will coordinate daily deliveries between customers, drivers, dispatchers, and logistics personnel, ensuring efficient truck utilisation and timely deliveries.

You will monitor vehicle movements, confirm customer readiness before dispatch, manage delivery exceptions, and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor0s degree in Logistics or related field.
• Experience in customer service or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and inventory management principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries between customers, drivers, dispatchers, and logistics teams.
• Monitor truck movements via GPS and ensure timely deliveries.
• Confirm delivery readiness and verify storage/silo capacity.
• Handle delivery exceptions and communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports on performance.
• Assist in optimizing truck utilization.
