Job summary

Imploy is seeking a Product Manager to lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered digital learning experiences in Riyadh. You will translate learner needs and business requirements into innovative solutions, coordinating with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Marketing teams.

You will drive adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalized paths, content generation, and automated grading, while ensuring responsible AI and data protection across the platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management with leadership experience.
• Experience building, developing, and scaling digital products.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and data-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmap.
• Develop AI-powered learning experiences and adaptive learning paths.
• Create learner models, recommendation systems, and mastery estimates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Marketing, and BD.
• Oversee requirements, AI evaluations, experiments, and analytics.
