Job summary

Labayh, a digital mental healthcare platform based in Riyadh, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key product experiences end-to-end. You will identify customer problems, define strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and work with design and engineering to launch impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management owning digital products.
• Proven ability to take products from discovery to launch and iterate.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams in an agile environment.
• Strong data-driven decision making based on user insights.
• Experience defining and managing product KPIs and evaluating performance.
• Experience working on health-tech or marketplace-type digital products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more Labayh product areas.
• Develop user insights and market understanding for the digital mental-health space.
• Conduct discovery through interviews, research, data, and experiments.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering through discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
• Monitor KPIs like activation, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve customer value and scalability.
