Job summary

Lendo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and direction across key product areas. You will identify and prioritise opportunities, guide products from discovery through launch and optimisation, and work with Product, Engineering and wider teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years total experience, including 4+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Experience owning digital products from discovery through launch, optimisation and scale with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments or similar fast-paced digital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a major product area.
• Lead discovery through launch and iteration with validated problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data and Operations to build scalable products.
• Own key product and commercial outcomes using data and customer insights.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve customer outcomes and product performance.
