Luxury Fashion Sales Associate — High-End Brand, Flexible Schedule
Job summary
A reputable recruitment company is seeking Retail Saleswomen/Assistants for a high-end fashion store in Dubai Mall. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. This role involves assisting customers, managing transactions, and achieving sales targets. Competitive compensation of AED 7500 plus incentives is offered.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a high-end fashion store.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and styles.
- Attractively display merchandise and ensure cleanliness.
- Operate and maintain the POS system.
- Contribute to sales goals by achieving personal targets.
