Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant laboratory experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Experience using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Knowledge of accreditation standards such as ISO 15189, JCI or equivalent.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge across multiple laboratory disciplines

Proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical laboratory instruments

Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail

Education

Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent

Completion of a formal training program in Laboratory Technology

Licensed / Eligible for license with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP)

Valid CPR Certification
