Job summary

A prominent administrative company in Doha is looking for a skilled administrative professional to perform various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, familiarity with office machines, and knowledge of document control and management. A Bachelor's degree in Secretarial or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience, including 1 year in the GCC, are required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience required, with at least 1 year in GCC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and direction to visitors and employees.
  • Maintain logs of visitors and appointments.
  • Ensure timely distribution of documents.
  • Monitor and request reception supplies monthly.
  • Screen documents for the supervisor.
