Job description

Description

• Operation & Maintenance of screw air compressor, Diesel Generator, Electrical LV Panel, SMB, PLC, SCADA, DCS, Pumps etc.
• Calibration of Safety valves & instruments.
• Preventive / Corrective maintenance work activities.
• Ensured compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, and permit-to-work systems. Originating the PTW and provide the detailed work description in the permit form and seek necessary support from HSE Engineer / Officer to identify all the hazards associated with the work and determine the required controls.
• Good knowledge in CMMS (SAP)
• ConductRoot cause analysis of breakdowns.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and support plant shutdown and overhaul works.
