Customer Care Agent - German Speaking

- Be the first contact for customers, account managers, and internal departments via phone, email, customer portal, and online shop.
- Provide expert advice on commercial issues, manage master data, and coordinate communication with sales engineers.
- Handle inquiries and purchase orders confidently, using the latest technology, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Issue CRM quotes and follow up proactively.
- Evaluate and process customer purchase orders using SF-CRM.
- Administer customer master data and run customer satisfaction surveys (NPS).
- Manage customer portals and coordinate issues internally.
- Process supplier forms and perform administrative tasks.
Fluent in German and English, with a commercial qualification. Experienced in sales, logistics, and customer communication. Capable of multitasking and supervising orders and contracts to ensure timely execution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP (SAP).
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Target-oriented, flexible, resilient, and highly customer-focused.
- Reliable, diligent, and communicative.
