We are seeking a highly talented Hospital Sales Specialists to drive the commercial success of a breakthrough therapy portfolio across Europe. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a European team and make a direct impact on patient outcomes across multiple products.

This role will require a deep understanding of the hospital environment, including treatment pathways, formulary processes, and key decision‑making networks. You will lead the development and execution of local business plans that deliver on forecasted objectives while ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and insight‑driven interactions through both in‑person and virtual channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage an assigned territory, identifying and developing high‑value interactions with HCPs and hospital stakeholders using approved materials, company data, and insights aligned with the therapy’s strategy.
  • Deliver scientifically robust, compliant, and differentiated engagements that build trust and credibility with hospital customers.
  • Develop and execute a detailed territory business plan within budget and timelines to meet national and regional business goals.
  • Leverage insights and data analytics to optimise targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation.
  • Successfully complete all required training programmes to achieve a high level of expertise in the product, data, and therapy area.
  • Use Veeva CRM and associated digital tools to support territory planning, account management, and hybrid engagement.
  • Present clinical, health‑economic, and value‑based data to key decision makers, formulary committees, and clinical teams.
  • Provide educational support on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of the product to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and HCPs with a special interest the therapies to strengthen advocacy.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Demonstrated success promoting multiple / complex products within hospital and secondary care settings.
  • Skilled in hybrid customer engagement – including face‑to‑face, remote, and digital channels.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills tailored to complex hospital environments.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to deliver shared business goals.
  • Competent in the use of digital tools (Veeva CRM, Engage, Mentimeter, Klaxoon, etc.) to enhance engagement and efficiency.
  • Motivated, accountable, and results‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
