Role Purpose: Own the design and adaptation of email templates and campaign visuals for a global audience, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and creative excellence across all platforms.
- Create, adapt, and maintain email templates and campaign visuals for global audiences.
- Design regional adaptations aligned with client and market needs.
- Collaborate with developers and copywriters to ensure creative integrity through delivery.
- Support testing and QA processes to ensure responsive and consistent design.
- Maintain brand standards and visual coherence across campaigns.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic or email design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and responsive design principles.
- Understanding of accessibility and digital design standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
