Role Purpose

Acts as the lead technical developer for email production systems, ensuring smooth platform setup, deployment, and troubleshooting across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical support for all email platforms (Gamma and related tools).
• Manage platform setup, testing, and provisioning for new projects.
• Oversee development, operations, and deployment of technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on support for complex issues, acting as escalation point.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and analysts to deliver flawless campaign execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in development/programming (marketing ops or similar preferred).
• Strong understanding of email deployment workflows and QA.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms and testing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership abilities.
