Position: Customer Service Specialist

Location: On-Site, Porto, Portugal
- Monday to Sunday: 06:00 21:00 (rotative shifts)
- Days off: 2 rotative days
- Base Salary: 1,100 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: 50 per month
- Welcome Bonus for German Market: 3,000 for all Business & Market (onsite) joiners by end of May 2025.
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
- Transport Allowance: Not provided
- Shared Accommodation:
- Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at a discounted rent of 280 (including utilities, deducted from your payslip).
- Up to 400 (Economy class), reimbursed at the end of the 6th month of contract.
- Temporary Accommodation:
- Hotel room provided for 28 days upon arrival (depending on the project).
- Accommodation:
- Not provided unless you are currently staying in competitor-provided accommodations.
- Travel Costs Reimbursement:
- Up to 150 (Economy class), reimbursed after 180 days of contract.
- Temporary Accommodation:
- Hotel room provided for 15 days upon transfer (depending on the project).
- Housing Relocation Package: Available for all CNX Porto projects (similar to CNX Lisbon).
