We’re looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our CTO Office in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll support the Chief of Staff to the CTO by providing data-driven insights, operational analysis, and business planning support to drive efficiency across our global technology organization. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help shape how Finastra’s technology function operates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide data analysis, insights, and reporting to support the CTO management team.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor operational and financial performance.
  • Build and review business cases, ensuring accuracy, alignment with forecasts, and sound financial assumptions.
  • Review contracts and budgets associated with the CTO group, identifying risks or variances.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes across the CTO organization.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Technology, Enterprise Risk, and Finance to enhance governance, reporting, and controls.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization across the CTO organization.
Required Skills And Experience
  • 5–7 years’ experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar function supporting technology or corporate functions.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience performing complex data modelling and analysis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in database management and spreadsheet applications, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven organization with global stakeholders.
