A consulting firm is looking for a Croatian back office agent to relocate to Essen. In this role, you will create and review prompts and conversation flows for AI technologies. Start Date: July; August
Location: Essen (on-site)
Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250euro travel reimbursement
Bonus: 3,000euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)
We are hiring fluent Croatian speakers to join a team working on the latest AI technologies. Youll be creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows to help improve speech-based systems.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Croatian + B2 English
- Valid work permit for Germany
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable working on-site and with varied content topics
