Flix SE in Lisbon is seeking a hands-on Zendesk Manager / Developer of Solutions for Migrations into Zendesk to lead configuration across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging. You will own migrations from market requirements to production-ready setups.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable Zendesk workflows, maintain an instance across 30 markets, and collaborate with SMEs, IT, and the rollout team to go-live and support hypercare. English required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on Zendesk administration in production.
• Experience with Zendesk across Talk, Messaging, and Guide.
• Experience migrating from other platforms is a plus.
• Ability to configure APIs, webhooks, and REST integrations.
• Strong documentation and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Zendesk platform across Support, Guide, Talk, Messaging.
• Design and implement ticket fields, forms, triggers, automations, SLAs, and omnichannel routing.
• Roll out migrations per market, test, go-live and hypercare.
• Integrations with backend systems and AI-driven channels.
• Collaborate with SMEs, training, IT engineering and project lead.
• Document configurations and market deviations.
