Flix is seeking a Zendesk Manager/Developer of Solutions for Migrations into Zendesk to own configuration across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging. You will build workflows, routing, and channel setup used by hundreds of agents and millions of passengers; collaborate with business SMEs, IT engineering, and training leads.

This is a hybrid business-technical role requiring strong English communication. You will translate migration plans into production configurations, maintain clean scaling

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on Zendesk administration in production on Enterprise plans.
• Experience migrating from another platform is a strong plus.
• Experience configuring Talk/Voice channels and multi-language Help Center.
• Strong documentation and communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Configure Zendesk platform across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging.
• Set up channels, IVR, routing, forms, fields, and permissions.
• Translate and rollout migrations market-by-market with hypercare.
• Define integration requirements for backend systems and test integrations.
