Flix is seeking a Senior Zendesk Administrator to own and implement Zendesk configurations across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging, aligning with market requirements and global blueprints. You will manage migrations, ensure clean scaling across 30 markets, and collaborate with engineering for API integrations while supporting go-lives and hypercare.

You will work closely with business SMEs, training leads, IT engineering, and project teams to deliver scalable, well-documented configurations

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on Zendesk administration in production (Enterprise plans).
• Experience configuring triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies, forms, fields, and omnichannel routing.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Zendesk across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging.
• Set up channels (voice, email, webform, messaging, Help Center) per market in local language.
• Translate migration plans into configuration for market waves and support go-lives.
