Flix SE in Lisboa, PT, is seeking a Zendesk Admin, Operations Consultant to own the configuration and rollout of Zendesk across multiple markets. The role blends business requirements with hands-on technical setup, ensuring scalable workflows and omnichannel support for millions of passengers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on administering and configuring Zendesk in production (Enterprise plans).
• Experience with triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies, ticket forms, and custom fields.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel routing and cross-brand support.
• Zendesk Admin certification is a plus; migration experience from Salesforce Service Cloud or similar is a plus.
• Ability to read API docs and discuss integrations with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Zendesk across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging.
• Set up channels, forms, fields, groups, views, macros, triggers, and SLAs.
• Manage migrations and rollout plans for market waves with hypercare support.
• Integrate Zendesk with backend systems using REST, webhooks, and APIs.
• Document configurations and deviations for Centre of Excellence standards.
