Flix is seeking a hands-on Zendesk Admin to own configuration across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging, delivering scalable workflows and omnichannel routing for multiple markets.

You will translate business requirements into production-ready Zendesk setups, configure channels, manage go-live and hypercare, and collaborate with IT, training, and product teams.

Zendesk experience on Enterprise plans, certification a plus, and strong English communication are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on administering Zendesk in production on Enterprise plans.
• Experience configuring triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies and ticket forms.
• Ability to manage custom fields and objects and omnichannel routing.
• Certification in Zendesk is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Platform configuration: build and maintain Zendesk setup across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging.
• Channel setup: configure Voice, email, webform, messaging, and Help Center per market.
• Rollout delivery: translate migration plans into production configuration and support go‑live.
• Integrations: define requirements for API/webhook integrations and test with engineering.
• Collaboration: work with SMEs, training, IT, and project leads; document deviations.
