Flix seeks a hands-on Zendesk Manager/Developer of Solutions for Migrations into Zendesk to configure workflows, routing, and channels for hundreds of agents and millions of passengers. You will own the production configuration, translate business requirements into scalable Zendesk setups, and collaborate with SMEs, IT, and project leads.

You will work on platform configuration, channel setup, rollout delivery, and integrations, ensuring a scalable, well-documented, market‑specific deployment

Qualificações

5+ years hands-on Zendesk administration in production on Enterprise plans.
Experience configuring triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies, and omnichannel routing.

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain Zendesk configuration across Support, Guide, Talk and Messaging.
Configure Voice, email, webform, messaging, and Help Center per market.
Translate migration plans into production-ready configurations.
Define integration requirements and validate API/webhook-driven integrations.
