Flix is seeking an experienced Zendesk Admin, Operations Consultant to configure Zendesk across Support, Guide, Talk and Messaging. You’ll translate business requirements into production-ready workflows, own what ships, and keep the instance clean as the rollout spans 30 markets.

You’ll collaborate daily with SMEs, IT engineering and the training lead, deliver market waves, test cycles, and ensure go-lives and hypercare run smoothly while documenting deviations to Centre of Excellence standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on Zendesk administration in production on Enterprise plans.
• Experience scaling Zendesk for multiple brands, markets or languages.
• Familiarity with triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies and omnichannel routing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into configuration changes.

Responsabilidades

• Platform configuration: build and maintain Zendesk setup across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging.
• Channel setup: configure voice, email, webform, messaging and Help Center per market.
• Rollout delivery: translate migration plans into production configuration and support go-lives.
• Integrations: configure apps and webhooks; define API requirements for backend systems.
• Collaboration: work with SMEs, training, IT engineering, and project leads.
• Documentation: record configurations and market deviations for Excellence standards.
