Flix is seeking a Senior Zendesk Administrator to own core Zendesk configuration across multiple channels and markets. You will translate business requirements into production-ready configurations, ensuring clean, scalable setup and governance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on Zendesk administration in production
• Enterprise plan experience with triggers, automations, macros, SLAs, and omnichannel routing
• Ability to design scalable Zendesk configurations and prevent loops

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Zendesk across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging for multiple markets
• Design and implement ticket fields, forms, views, macros, triggers, and routing rules
• Lead market-specific deployments and hypercare while syncing with global blueprint
• Integrate Zendesk with back-end systems via REST, webhooks, and APIs
• Collaborate with SMEs, training, IT engineering, and project leads
• Document configuration and market deviations to standards
